Intro to Trail Running

Learn the basics of trail running, in a fun, supportive and beautiful setting. This program is designed as a step up from the beginner level. Ideal for those who enjoy road running, and are getting bored of the treadmill. The program will start from 5 minutes running/ 1 minute walking intervals on week one, to 10 minutes running/1 minute walking intervals by week 5. This program will help solidify a participants own confidence at the 5km distance. We will also discuss trail basics and program design. This is designed for the already active person.
Please note this is a registered program, and registration prior to the program start date is required for enrollment. The course is 10 weeks long, stating on Tuesday, April 11 at 5:30 PM and will continue every Tuesday for the subsequent 10 weeks.
