Family Day Free Chalet Rentals!
Been meaning to take the kids out on a fun filled adventure? Looking to share a moment with your better half? Or just want to get outside and connect with nature?
Look no further because at Cold Creek Conservation Area this Family Day - February 17th (8:30am - 3:30pm) all snowshoes and cross-country ski rentals are FREE! Get the family out of the house and make some memories they won't forget! With picturesque landscapes and trails for everyone, it promises to be a fantastic day in nature! We hope to see you out and about!
Limited amount of snowshoes & skis available, will operate on a first come first served basis.

Rentals will be conducted in person, upon arrival to the chalet on weekends. Please be aware in order to rent during the week you must call the number listed above at least 2 hours in advance. Cash preferred.
Come out to Cold Creek to enjoy three dedicated trails that guide you through some of the most scenic areas of Cold Creek. Offering a beginner, intermediate and advanced trail, anyone of all any skill can find what they are looking for. Equipment is rented out on a first come first serve basis. Chalet operating hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm and is located in the "Visitor Centre" building. Follow the driveway into site and it's the building/parking lot on your left where the green dumpsters are located.
Cross-country ski rentals: $20 a pair (includes ski's, poles and boots).
Snowshoe rentals: $10 a pair (includes snow shoes and the option of poles).
